The building is located in the central city zone on Štefánikova Street, which links Hodža Square with the main railway station. The road also intersects with a main road from the SNP Bridge which allows for a direct connection to the main transport and by-pass routes in the city, direct access to highways and border-crossings to Austria and Hungary. The excellent location of this building is enhanced by the proximity of administrative centres (the office of the government, Presidential palace, important ministries, etc) and also prominent banks, insurance companies and hotels (for example, Tatrabanka, Allianz insurance company and The Crown Plaza Hotel).

The building boasts above-standard equipment with a modern and safe gas heating system. In addition to conventional ventilation, air circulation is ensured by a forced air system with a pre-heating facility. The internal temperature in the building is controlled by a central air-conditioning unit . All the offices have parquet flooring and marble and ceramics are inlaid alternately in the entrance area and on staircases. The building is located on a fenced plot and is composed of two buildings, namely a renovated building of a former burgher house which is connected with a newly-built section with similar architecture of the original building and surrounding houses. Despite its historical features the building has all the features essential for a modern administrative building. Both four storey buildings contain spacious offices with plenty of daylight. In addition, the buildings have very spacious rooms that are especially suitable for training courses, meetings and conferences. Staff facilities are available on each floor.

Both the buildings have a total useful area of 1305 m2 without balconies. Each building is of similar size and can be used independently. The buildings are built on a 1040m2 plot containing 16 parking spaces.
